How many sessions will I need?

This very much depends on your presenting condition. However, our aim is to ensure an early, accurate diagnosis and to open up a clear pathway of care that will lead to early resolution of your problem.

Do I need GP referral?

No, doctor’s referral is not necessary. However, if you have been to see your GP/consultant, any relevant documentation should be brought to your physiotherapy appointment.

How long does a treatment session take?

Initial assessment and treatment usually takes 45 minutes.

Follow-up treatment last 30-40mins, depending on case.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Appointments can be provided within 48 hours of making contact with us.

I have Private Medical Insurance, am I covered with you?

Of course. Our services are recognised by all major healthcare insurers and physiotherapy costs may be recouped as per your individual plan. Check your policy for further details.

What if I need to see a specialist/consultant?

As part of our treatment, we can organise rapid access to wide array of consultant and radiological services if required. X-rays and MRI scans can usually be arranged within 7 working days while we have a large network of orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians and musculoskeletal radiologists whom we work closely with.
