Great service, two great practitioners. Highly recommend!
TEAMWORK, Anyone who tells you doing an Ironman is a selfish individual sport doesn't really understand. If you want to get through this body destroying event in one piece you need a team. My team consisted of my wife Geraldine, Smart Nutrition and Alan Daly, Galway Sports Medicine Centre. Geraldine did an amazing job making sure not only on race day but for the 6 months training, that I had the right fuel to get me through and the right nutrition for recovery. Alan, was on the back foot from the start. I was recovering from a damaged hamstring, my right side above the knee was constantly going into spasm any time I ran over 10 miles. With the right treatment and strength work along with rolling and stretching I was able to stay injury free, fresh and strong for 6 months training and throughout the race. This has also continued in my recovery as I already feel ready for the next one. Thanks team
Highly recommended, top class service every time.
